+ How do the live classes work?

Our livestream classes are offered via Zoom. You can choose to have your camera on or off for each class. To access our live classes, click the "Enter Class" button in the live class schedule on our Members page.

+ How do I practice on-demand?

Our pre-recorded videos can be played at any time. Simply press the play button on one of the videos in our Video Library on our Members page to practice along!

+ How do I update my payment information?

To update your credit card information, follow the instructions below.

1. Select the Your Account button from our Home page.
2. Select the Update Credit Card link under Billing.
3. Enter your new card information and click Update Credit Card.

+ How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by clicking on the "Your Account" button on our Members page or our Members page footer. From there:

1. Click the View or Cancel Plans link under Billing.
2. Click the Cancel Subscription link under your plan.
